In this exciting role, you'll be heavily involved in the design, taking your ideas from concept to production. You'll play a key role in developing ground breaking new machinery. You will be involved in the entire design process, from initial sketches to fully functional machines manufactured and assembled at Technopak.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Using your expertise to create detailed design models for components and entire machines within a PDM environment.
  • Bridging the gap between sales and engineering. Collaborating with our sales team to transform client specifications into stunning realities.
  • Championing continuous improvement. Work alongside our R&D team to refine existing designs and develop ground breaking new machines.
  • Crafting clear and concise documentation. Your well-structured assemblies and detailed drawings will ensure smooth production and assembly.

Do you have the skills and passion to join our team?

We're looking for someone with strong SolidWorks 2D & 3D design skills (2D & 3D SolidWorks electrical a plus!), several years of experience designing OEM equipment, a solid understanding of engineering principles and standards, the ability to visualise complex designs in 3D, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Experience with Powder Handling Equipment would be advantageous but not essential
